Solful Exchange Policy

Happiness Guarantee

Our exchange policy is simple. If you aren’t happy with your purchase, bring it back to us and we’ll make it right until you are. Your exchange will be handled with personalized care and attention, so that together we can fulfill our promise of providing you with the cannabis products that are just right for you. 

Take a look at the short list (below) of general rules/restrictions that apply in most circumstances.

Non-Defective Products

Have a product that you’re not happy with? We’ll exchange it, with the following limited restrictions in place:

  • Products can be exchanged for store credit only which will be applied to your Solful account, not for cash back.
  • Store credit cannot be used to pay for cannabis excise tax or sales tax on any new products. We are required by state law to collect payment for the excise tax, on any new products received even if it is for the same value.

Defective Products

Have a product that is faulty? We’ll exchange defective products for you, with the following limited restrictions in place:

  • If a defective product is exchanged for a replacement of the same product, additional excise tax is not owed.
  • If the defective product is no longer in stock, and a replacement cannot be given, a store credit will be applied to your Solful account.
  • Store credit from the defective product cannot be used to pay for state-mandated cannabis excise tax or sales tax on any replacement products. We are required by state law to collect payment for the excise tax on any new products received even if it is an exchange for the same value.

How do I exchange a product?

Exchanges must be made in person at the same location the product was purchased.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed or returned for cash.

Can you hold a product for me?

Please call and speak to a Health & Happiness Consultant if you are concerned about a product you wish to exchange being in stock – 707-596-9040.

Can I get cash back for a defective product or product that did not work for me?

We do not offer cash back, all product(s) must be exchanged for a different product(s) or for store credit on your Solful account.

What are you going to do with the product I’m bringing back?

CA state regulations require us to dispose of any returned cannabis products, even if they are unopened and unused. That said, we are committed to ensuring our customers find the right products for their needs, and for that reason, we stand behind our Happiness Guarantee.
