Solful Exchange Policy

At Solful, we believe it’s of the utmost importance that all of our customers are happy with the products they purchase. For that reason, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. Product exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis with our ultimate objective of exceeding our customer’s expectations. We have outlined a short list of general rules/restrictions below that apply in most circumstances. We will always do our best to take care of our customers and treat them with the respect, courtesy, and kindness they deserve.

 

Non-Defective Products

Have a product that didn’t work for you? We’ll happily exchange it, with the following limited restrictions in place:

  • Products can be exchanged for store credit only which will be applied to your Solful account, not for cash back.
  • Store credit cannot be used to pay for cannabis excise tax or sales tax on any new products. We are required by state law to collect payment for the excise tax, on any new products received even if it is for the same value.

 

Defective Product

Have a product that is faulty? We’ll exchange defective products for you, with the following limited restrictions in place:

  • Defective products will be exchanged for a replacement of the same product, in this case, the additional excise tax is not owed.
  • If the defective product is no longer in stock, and a replacement cannot be given, a store credit will be applied to your Solful account.
  • Store credit from the defective product cannot be used to pay for state-mandated cannabis excise tax or sales tax on any replacement products. We are required by state law to collect payment for the excise tax on any new products received even if it is an exchange for the same value.

 

How do I exchange a product?

  • All exchanges must be made in person at the original location the product was purchased from.

 

Gift Certificates

  • Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed or returned for cash.

 

Can you hold a product for me?

  • Please call and speak to a Health & Happiness Consultant if you are concerned about a product you wish to exchange being in stock – 707-596-9040.

 

Can I get cash back for a defective product or product that did not work for me?

  • We do not offer cash back, all product(s) must be exchanged for a different product(s) or for store credit on your Solful account.

 

What are you going to do with the product I’m bringing back?

  • CA state regulations require us to dispose of any returned cannabis products, even if they are unopened and unused. That said, we believe in the importance of our customers being happy with their products, and for that reason, we stand behind a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy.
