4/20 Gift Bag FAQ
Can I place my Gift Bag qualifying order when I arrive at Solful?
- No. All orders to qualify for a gift bag must be placed in advance either online or by phone. You can receive your gift bag either by picking it up curbside or getting it delivered.
Are the Gift Bags free?
- Per state regulations, we are not allowed to give away FREE products, so we will need to collect a small, nominal amount for your gift bag products. Each product will cost between $0.01-$1, plus applicable taxes.
Can I get more than one gift bag?
- Gift Bags are limited to one per customer.
Can I swap out products in my Gift Bags?
- We do not allow for exchanges or substitutions of the Gift Bag products. This is a great way for you to try new products and hopefully find some new favorites!
Will I know exactly what’s in my Gift Bag?
- Some products may be subject to change, but the value of your Gift Bag will remain the same.
I’m having trouble placing my order online, what do I do?
- Our team is happy to take phone orders, please call (707) 596-9040 and we’ll help you!
Will the 4/20 Gift Bags run out?
- Due to overwhelming interest, we have sold out of our 4/20 Gift Bags.
How will I know if a Gift Bag tier is sold out?
- We have SOLD OUT of all 4/20 Gift Bags.
Once I place my order when will I get it?
- We are operating under unique circumstances and may get a high volume of orders. We will keep you updated on your order status via text messaging as we move it through the cue, but it may take up to 48 hours for your order to be fulfilled. We appreciate your patience.
Can I pay with a debit or credit card?
- We can only accept cash at this time.
