Solful Delivery FAQ
SAME DAY DELIVERY CUT OFF TIME
- To be eligible for same-day delivery your order must be placed by 2:00pm.
- We now offer two delivery windows: 11:00am-2:30pm and 2:30pm-6:00pm.
- You must place your order by 10:00am to be eligible for the 11:00am-2:30pm delivery window.
- You must place your order by 1:30pm to be eligible for the 2:30pm-6:00pm delivery window.
- Orders placed after 1:30pm will be delivered the following business day. Please indicate your preferred delivery window in the notes section.
- We are now delivering to addresses in Cotati, Rohnert Park, Santa Rosa and Sebastopol, with expanded routes throughout Sonoma County coming soon.

PLACING YOUR ORDER

- Sebastopol Deliveries – $75 minimum for delivery orders, no delivery fees.
- Cotati, Rohnert Park, and Santa Rosa Deliveries – $100 minimum for delivery orders, no delivery fees.
- Senior and Veteran Discounts, which are attached to your in-store profile, will apply to your online order. If you have questions regarding qualifying discounts please call (707) 596-9040.
- A confirmation text will be sent once your order is received, with updates following.
- If you need to make changes to your order please call (707) 596-9040. If your order is still at the store we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once your order is en-route we cannot make changes.
- You will receive text message updates as your order moves through our processing system.
- Once your order is packed and ready you will receive a text, from a new number, with a link to our touchless payment option.
- Solful touchless payments are done through Stronghold, a third-party payment processing system that acts as an ACH transfer through your bank.
- Banks included are major banks including Wells Fargo and Bank of America, as well as Redwood Credit Union, Exchange Bank, and other smaller regional banks and credit unions.
- There is a $3.25 processing fee when you choose to use this touchless payment option, which goes to the processor.
- Touchless payment is only available for Delivery and Express Pick Up orders and is not currently available for in store shopping.
- In the event of a return, refunds can only be offered in-store, in the form of an exchange or reward points. Funds cannot be transferred back into your account.
ACCEPTING YOUR DELIVERY
- Unless you have paid in advance using our touchless payment option, we are only able to accept cash for deliveries. For everyone’s safety, exact change is appreciated but not necessary.
- When your Solful delivery driver arrives they will need to check the ID of the person accepting the delivery. It is important that the person accepting the delivery is the person who places the order.
