Solful Delivery FAQ
SAME DAY DELIVERY WINDOWS
Order by 10am –> receive your delivery between 11am-1pm
Order by 12pm –> receive your delivery between 1pm – 3pm
Order by 2pm –> receive your delivery between 3pm – 5 pm
Order by 4pm –> receive your delivery between 5pm – 7pm
Orders placed after 4pm will be delivered the following day. Please indicate your preferred delivery window.

PLACING YOUR ORDER

- To better serve you while the Sonoma County Stay at Home Order is in effect, we have reduced the minimum purchase total to $75 (before taxes) for all delivery destinations (Cotati, Rohnert Park, Santa Rosa, and Sebastopol).
- Senior and Veteran Discounts, which are attached to your in-store profile, will apply to your online order. If you have questions regarding qualifying discounts please call (707) 596-9040.
- A confirmation text will be sent once your order is received, with order updates following.
- If you need to make changes to your order, please call (707) 596-9040. If your order is still at the store, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once your order is on its way to you, we are unable to make changes.
- You will receive text message updates as your order moves through our processing system.
- Once your order is packed and ready you will receive a text, from a new number, with a link to our touchless payment option.
- Solful touchless payments are managed through Stronghold, a third-party payment processing system that acts as an ACH transfer through your bank.
- Eligible banks include major banks like Wells Fargo and Bank of America, as well as Redwood Credit Union, Exchange Bank, and other smaller regional banks and credit unions.
- There is a $3.25 processing fee when you choose to use this touchless payment option, which goes to the processor.
- Touchless payment is only available for Delivery and Curbside Pickup orders and is not currently available for in-store shopping.
- Returns can only be offered in-store, in the form of an exchange or store credit.
ACCEPTING YOUR DELIVERY
- Unless you have paid in advance using our touchless payment option, we are only able to accept cash for deliveries. For everyone’s safety, exact change is appreciated. We encourage you to use the touchless payment option in advance.
- When your Solful delivery driver arrives they will need to check the ID of the person accepting the delivery. It is important that the person accepting the delivery is the same person who placed the order.
- Please wear a mask when accepting your order.
