The Glentucky Family Farm is located high on a bench on Sonoma Mountain an old volcano. It is a chosen spot for growing plants because it is protected from the wind, has excellent volcanic soils, and plenty of sunshine and warmth. This farm has been certified Biodynamic since 2001. They farm specialty crops for a local restaurant and their family as well as medicinal plants and herbs including an extremely small batch cannabis harvest. Their strategy is to farm in a way that regenerates soil and builds biological capital. They have left more than half our property un-farmed but managed for biodiversity. They grow things for quality, authenticity and purity not quantity.
