It may seem obvious, but keeping our concentrates properly stored is crucial in preventing damage to their appearance, flavor or the overall quality of our exquisite and artisanal offerings.
Some concentrates require a little more care than others, so to ensure their preservation we utilize air conditioned rooms, refrigerators, and even freezers to strategically select the right location for each and every offering. Most importantly, the starting material and process used to produce your favorite concentrate has a major impact on how it’s stored.
For example, concentrates made from fresh-frozen flower, often called ‘live’, require cold storage conditions to preserve the delicate and volatile compounds that are present in the plant’s living profile. Meanwhile, craft solventless concentrates like ice water hash or rosin, made without the use of chemicals like butane, often require particularly careful storage to maintain their exceptional quality.
At Solful, we take great pride in the extra effort we put into storing your concentrates carefully and properly throughout their stay with us, and we want to make sure you can protect them too whether you’re on your way home from the shop or taking them with you for a day out at the beach.
