We are incredibly grateful to be able to continue providing medicine to our community.
In accordance with Sonoma County’s “Shelter In Place” order, we are now only offering Curbside Pickup at Solful.
Can’t Order Online? Order Curbside!
You can now place your order curbside from 10:00-5:30. When you arrive please wait in your vehicle and a Health and Happiness Consultant will come and take your order.

We can only accept cash at this time.
SETTING UP YOUR ACCOUNT FOR ONLINE ORDERING
Step 1: Visit our menu
Step 2: Add a product to your account
- This will prompt you to create your account profile
Step 3: Create your account
- First & Last Name (as it appears on your ID)
- Cell Phone Number
- Indicate if you are Adult Use or Medical
Step 4: Indicate Referral Source
Step 5: Once your account information and referral source is added click Proceed.
- This will prompt an authentication code to be sent to the phone number you provided, it may take up to 60 seconds for the text message to be received.
- If you haven’t received a code after 60+ seconds hit Resend to have the code resent.
Step 6: Enter the authentication code you received via text message and click Submit.
Step 7: Create your account password and click Next.
- Your password should be 7+ characters with one (1) uppercase letter and one (1) number.
Step 8: Confirm your pickup location as Solful.

Step 9: Continue browsing the Solful menu and adding items to your cart until your order is complete.
Step 10: When ready click on the cart icon to be taken to checkout.
Step 11: Before completing your order you will customers will be required to upload required documents for their customer type by clicking Upload Valid ID and Upload Docs Rec (if applicable).
- Adult Use: Valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, ID card, military ID
- Medical: A valid government-issued ID and a valid medical recommendation or state issue a medical ID card
Step 12: To complete your order click Checkout.
- Once your order has been placed you can track the progress as its being processed by clicking on the Hamburger Menu (in the upper left-hand corner of the screen) > Orders > Select the order > Track order
AT THIS POINT WE WILL RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION OF YOUR ODER AND WILL START PROCESSING IT FOR YOU.
Order Updates: You will receive text notifications as your order moves through the different stages.
Expected Processing Time: We are still figuring out some of the logistics so we may not be as perfect at delivering this service as we want to and will be with more experience. Also, since we pride ourselves on listening closely to your needs and goals for cannabis products, we are going to be a little more “transactional” than usual in order to keep the lines moving and respect your valuable time.
Out of Stock Products: In the event that a product you’ve ordered is out of stock, you will receive a text message from a Solful Health and Happiness Consultant with a recommended substitution. You will be able to decide if you would like to add the recommended product to your order.
YOU WILL RECEIVE A “YOUR ORDER IS READY” TEXT WITH PARKING INSTRUCTIONS WHEN YOUR ORDER IS READY
Please Do Not Come Until Your Order Is Ready: Wait for your order is ready text to come.
Curbside Pickup: When you arrive please park your vehicle following the instructions you received via text.
- For your safety, and the safety of others, we ask that you remain in your vehicle.
- Please prepare for your pickup to be transactional as our team has been instructed to observe social distancing guidance.
Paying For Your Order: We can only accept cash at this time
Exchanges: For safety purposes, we cannot accept exchanges at this time, we hope you will understand that this is in the best interest of our community.
