If you shopped in our Sebastopol or Santa Rosa stores prior to March 28, 2023 and we have either your email address or mobile phone number on file, you are automatically enrolled in Solful Rewards, but we will still need you to sign up next time you shop with us. If we do not have a phone number or email address on file, you will need to provide us with a phone number and/or email address in order to fully activate your Solful Rewards account.
Solful Rewards is free to join and open to customers age 21 and older.
Solfriends earn 1 point for every $1 spent before taxes in Solful stores.
Once you reach $500 in spend, you’ll advance to Solmate status and earn 2 points for every $1 spent before taxes. Points are valid for one year from the date of issuance.
You can convert your points to Solful Rewards as soon as you accumulate 100 points. Choose from any of the Solful Reward options at each tier of points.

Plus, new Rewards members get any product up to $20 for just $.01 on their second visit to Solful, and any product up to $40 for $.01 on their third visit! When you’re ready, you can convert your points to Solful Rewards in your Solful Rewards account.

To redeem Rewards in store, present your Solful Rewards Wallet during checkout or ask one of our Health & Happiness Consultants to look up your account.
Yes! Solful Rewards are available in San Francisco and Sebastopol, and will be available in Healdsburg (new location coming soon!).
If you signed up for Solful Rewards in store, you still need to create a Solful Rewards member account password online using the same email and phone number you provided in store. Once you’ve created your password, your account setup is complete and you’ll be able to access your member dashboard (and much more!).
You can easily check your Solful Rewards point balance anytime at solful.com/rewards. Here’s how:
Whether you need to merge two Solful Rewards accounts into one or cancel or delete your account, simply send an email to rewards@solful.com. Include your first and last name, the mobile number and/or email address associated with your account and details about your request.
Please note that canceling your Solful Rewards membership will forfeit any remaining points or Solful Rewards Cash balance.
Points earned from purchases should appear in your account within 24 hours.
When you return a product to Solful, points previously earned as a result of purchasing that product will be deducted from your points balance accordingly.
Unfortunately we are currently only able to redeem rewards for orders made in-store.
If you made a purchase in our Sebastopol or Santa Rosa locations prior to March 28, 2023 and had credit in your account, that credit will be transferred over to your new Solful Rewards account and converted to the equivalent number of points. For example, if you had a credit balance of $2.00 as of 11:59PM PST on March 27, 2023, you will see that credit reflected in your Solful Rewards account as 40 points.
If you shopped in our Sebastopol or Santa Rosa locations prior to March 28, 2023 and we have either a mobile phone number or email address for you, your Solful Rewards account should be active. If we do not have either an email address or mobile phone on file, your Solful Rewards account is not fully active. To activate your Solful Rewards account, please provide us with your mobile phone number or your email address in the store or by emailing rewards@solful.com.
