Sponsor/Administrator: The sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by 900 Irving LLC dba Solful (“Sponsor” or “Administrator”), 900 Irving Street, San Francisco, CA 94122. Questions should be directed to Sponsor, not to any third‑party platforms or event partners referenced in promotional materials. Any referenced presenter, venue, festival, social media platform, technology vendor, or partner is not a sponsor or administrator of the Promotion and bears no responsibility for its conduct.
Eligibility: Open only to natural persons who are 21 years of age or older and legal residents of California at time of entry. Employees, officers, and representatives of Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and members of their immediate families/households are not eligible. No Purchase Necessary; Consideration: NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. An Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) is provided in the Promotion‑Specific Details.
Promotion Period; Participating Locations: The start/end dates and times for each Promotion, time zone, and any participating locations will be stated in the Promotion‑Specific Details associated with that Promotion. Sponsor’s computer is the official time‑keeping device.
How to Enter: Entry methods will be described in the Promotion‑Specific Details and may include, for example, a web form, in‑store QR code, or mail‑in AMOE. Limit one (1) entry per person per Promotion unless expressly stated otherwise in the Promotion‑Specific Details. Automated, bulk, or third‑party entries are prohibited. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
By submitting the form, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from Solful at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Each Promotion will provide a free method of entry with substantially similar odds (e.g., by mailing full name, mailing address, phone, and email to the Sponsor address listed above and received or postmarked by the deadline specified in the Promotion‑Specific Details). Entries that are late, incomplete, illegible, or non‑compliant may be void.
Prize(s): The number of winner(s), a plain‑language description of each prize, and the Approximate Retail Value (ARV) for each prize will be disclosed in the Promotion‑Specific Details. Prizes will not include cannabis, cannabis products, or cannabis accessories and will not be shipped. If a prize involves store credit or gift card(s), it/they may be subject to additional terms.
Note: Pursuant to Sponsor policy and applicable California law, Sponsor does not give away cannabis, cannabis products, or cannabis accessories as part of a business promotion. All prizes must be claimed in person at a licensed Solful retail location by a verified 21+ winner with valid government‑issued ID.
Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable Promotion.
Winner Selection & Notification: Potential winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about the drawing date stated in the Promotion‑Specific Details and notified using the contact method(s) specified there (e.g., email, telephone, or direct message on the social media account used to enter). Potential winner(s) may be required to respond within [3] days of notification, complete and return an eligibility affidavit and liability/publicity release, and/or provide tax information as required by law. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to timely respond or complete required documents, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Taxes: Winner(s) are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with prize acceptance and use. Sponsor may issue an IRS information return (e.g., Form 1099) if required by applicable law. Winner(s) are advised to consult a tax professional.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify any Promotion (or any portion) if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, or for any reason beyond Sponsor’s control, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. CAUTION: Any attempt to damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of a Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.
Release & Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, prize suppliers, and advertising/promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation or receipt/use of any prize, including, but not limited to: technical errors, unauthorized human intervention, printing errors, or injury or damage to persons or property. In no event shall Released Parties be liable for punitive, incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages.
Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, city, likeness, and/or statements for promotional purposes in any media without further notice or compensation.
Disputes; Governing Law; Venue: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of laws, and shall be brought in state or federal courts located in California. No class actions. Remedies are limited to actual out‑of‑pocket costs; attorneys’ fees and punitive or consequential damages are waived.
Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s [PRIVACY POLICY URL]. For Promotions involving SMS or email, marketing consent is not a condition of entry. Entrants may opt out at any time. Sponsor may use personal information for sweepstakes administration, winner verification, and—if consented—marketing purposes consistent with its privacy policy.
Social Platform Terms: If a Promotion is conducted on or advertised through a third‑party platform (e.g., Instagram), entrants acknowledge that such platforms are not sponsors, endorsees, or administrators of the Promotion. Entrants release such platforms from any responsibility related to the Promotion.
Winners List: For the winner’s name (first initial, last name) and city, send a self‑addressed stamped envelope to Sponsor at the address above, within 30 days after the close of the applicable Promotion, referencing the Promotion name.
